A little bit about Pat!

“He enjoys incorporating his passion of fitness and body movement into his daily massage therapy practice. Combining both aspects empowers the client with the knowledge and the ability to move better and have longer lasting results. He is also a personal trainer, coach and teacher instructing at Collège Boréal’s Health and Fitness Promotion Program. He is currently competing nationally as an Olympic Weightlifter, he won the 2022 Canadian Weightlifting and is currently ranked in the top 25 weightlifters in the Commonwealth. Pat’s curiosity is evident in his continuously evolving massage therapy practice techniques and exercises selections.”

If you’re a CrossFit Athlete, Olympic Weight Lifter, or an Athlete of any sport, Pat’s experience in Olympic Weightlifting combined with his expertise of biomechanics and manual therapy will help you get to the next level of your performance.

There are many instances where communication through Cues doesn’t work how they are Intended to. Instead, using limited cues and applying constraints through varies exercises, helps to break down more complex movements patterns, working on the factors which hinder our ability to execute these complex movements.
