Graston Technique

Graston Technique is an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) technique that allows for assessment and treatment of fascial restrictions as well as many muscular and tendon dysfunctions.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping is a technique used to increase blood flow and decrease fascial restrictions. By creating a vacuum inside the cup, tissue and stagnant blood is drawn towards the surface of the skin allowing fresh oxygenated, nutrient-rich blood to enter the tissues helping to promote tissue repair and improve circulation.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy traditionally is the manipulation of the soft tissues in the body. Some of the techniques used, but not limited to, are Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Technique, PNF, Muscle Energy Technique, Graston Technique, Cupping Therapy, and Dynamic Movement. Although Liam is a Registered Massage Therapist, his practice is so much more. He provides expert guidance on exercise education coupled with manual therapy to provide the most effective outcome.

Online Coaching Process:

Begin by filling out a brief intake form, which provides me with the necessary information for review. After reviewing the form, we will schedule a Zoom or phone call to discuss setting realistic goals for optimal results. A personalized program will be designed and delivered to you via an app. This app will be the primary means of communication through text. The app will guide you through each workout with detailed videos and instructions. It will also help you track your reps, sets, and weights. At the end of each week, complete a check-in form to track your progress. This allows for real-time adjustments and helps identify any patterns hindering your progress. Your effort and communication are crucial to the success of this process. The more information you provide, the better the service you will receive.

 

Nutrition Coaching

Is nutrition your biggest barrier to progress? Let us help you overcome it. We will explore your habits, provide education, and suggest lifestyle adjustments to ensure you get on track to reaching your goals.
