About Us
Our Mission
Geared Performance is not just a business, it is a standard. We strive to provide the highest quality of care and education through individualized treatment plans and training programs. We are dedicated to helping you improve your performance – whether it is for your sport, living a healthy pain-free lifestyle, or recovering from an injury by ensuring long-term results
Our Story
Geared Performance was founded on the principle of providing the highest standard of care for our clients. After hearing numerous stories about poor experiences with other healthcare practices, we recognized that the standard of care was not being upheld. Understanding that there is no “one size fits all” approach, we created a brand and business that embodies and demonstrates the quality of care our clients deserve. Everything we do is Geared to you! Ensuring our clients never feel alone in this process is our top priority, alongside delivering results. Too often, clients are abandoned and left with unanswered questions and no clear direction. We will never leave you stranded. If we cannot provide answers and results, we will guide you to those who can. You are not alone on this journey, and our team is here to ensure your success.

How We Do It
Through a comprehensive assessment, we will identify dysfunctions in movement patterns and soft tissue impairments. Then, by using a combination of Manual Therapy and individualized Exercise Selection, we will work with you to improve your overall function. By improving these dysfunctions, rehabilitating pre-existing and new injuries, and improving biomechanics, we give you all the tools and education needed for long-term success. The first appointment is always an in-depth assessment of your needs, so come dressed as you would a workout! We assess through a variety of functional movement patterns that are necessary for everyday activities.
