Our Facilities & Services

Massage Therapy traditionally is the manipulation of the soft tissues in the body. Some of the techniques used, but not limited to, are Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Technique, PNF, Muscle Energy Technique, Graston Technique, Cupping Therapy, and Dynamic Movement. Although Liam is a Registered Massage Therapist, his practice is so much more. He provides expert guidance on exercise education coupled with manual therapy to provide the most effective outcome.
