About Liam

Liam Is the founder and owner of Geared Performance. He is a Registered Massage Therapist who’s practice is focused around optimizing biomechanics to improve performance. He graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Algonquin College in 2016 and continued his education through various courses and certifications.

Liam has many years of experience working with a wide variety of clients. He has worked with professional athletes, developing athletes, 9-5ers, and elderly. He treats all his clients with same high level of care and dedication, helping to improve their performance and quality of life.
•
Growing up an avid sports enthusiast, he played any sport he could sign up for. His passion, as he grew older, was rugby. He had a long career and made it to the selection camp for team Canada. Unfortunately, his rugby career came to an end after suffering from numerous concussions.
•
Liams drive to help people comes from his experiences of dealing with injuries sustained throughout his life. He has first hand knowledge of dealing with chronic injuries and pain that limit your ability to achieve your goals.
